Jigsawovi (Tobin Bell),
obávanému mozku v pozadí krutých a promyšlených her, v nichž jeho oběti
svádějí boj o vlastní životy, se s pomocí jeho nové učednice Amandy (Shawnee Smith)
podařilo znovu uniknout policii a zmizet. Zatímco se mu policejní
detektivové marně snaží přijít na stopu, doktor Lynn Denlon (Bahar
Soomekh) a Jeff (Angus Macfadyen) se pomalu stávají dalšími pěšáky na jeho zvrhlé šachovnici.
Horor saw má tři díly.Je to o člověku,ktery si hraje s lidmi.Zadá jim časový limit,ve kterém musí splnit nějakou věc ,nebo zemřou.Třeba do minuty si musí z oka vydloubnout klíč,kterým si odstraní nástroj co mají na krku,ktery ma v sobe ostre hroty a za minutu se sevre a tim padem ho zabije.(je to trosku divne napsane,ale nejsem zadna spisovatelka :-D)

Ale pěkně od začátku: Probudíte se v neznámé místnosti. Nic si nepamatujete, nic nevidíte, protože je všude tma. Cvak, rozsvítí se světla. Ležíte na špinavé podlaze ve staré vysloužilé umývárně. Proti vám stojí chlap, který také nevypadá nejlíp, a mezi vámi leží mrtvola v kaluži krve. Chcete k ní, ale nejde to. Jste za kotník připoután k trubce u zdi. Ještě to nevíte, ale čeká vás nejhorší noc ve vašem životě. Nejhorší, nebo poslední - a nejspíš oboje najednou. Dostal jste se do spárů vraha, který terorizuje vaše město, vraha, kterému říkají Jigsaw, vraha, který proslul bizarními způsoby likvidace svých obětí.

SAW je zpět. Úžasná vzrušující rafinovaná hra která způsobila zkázu svých obětí loni ve filmu SAW, je tu zpět s dalšími strašlivými hrami na život a na smrt. Když je objevena mrtvola, která opět odpovídá stylu vraha ze SAW, detektiv Eric Matthews (Donnie Wahlberg) zahájí podrobné vyšetřování a rychle přijde na to, že se jedná o téhož vraha. Osm dalších jeho obětí bojuje o holý život a do hry přichází Matthews…
Z téhle show se vypadnout nedá... V téhle show se nehlasuje... V téhle show prostě přežijete, nebo ne..
